up to 3 months prior arrival date: no cancellation fees
up to 1 month prior arrival date: 40% of the whole arrangement price
up to 1 week prior arrival date: 70% of the whole arrangement price
during the last week prior arrival date: 90% of the whole arrangement price
Uncalled services cannot be returned in cash.
